At the beginning of 2022 I hit burn out so hard in my online business and I just knew it wasn't going to be sustainable for me to maintain long term. I felt like I was on the hamster wheel in my business and stuck in the “hustle culture” and I just couldn't do it anymore. 

As you already know, I took a year long social media break at the end of 2022 and in that time, I had so many realizations… 

1) I wanted to be a more present mom, 2) I wanted to spend less time on my phone and wayyyy less time on social media, and 3) I also wanted to continue to grow our income.

But how? That was my hang up. I just wasn't available to chase goals in the same way l had been before. So I needed a shift. A pivot.

So pivot I did – with my own digital products.
